Who We Are
At Rhythmic Feet, I get what it means to just let go and move. Living in nammabengaluru, I see folks from all walks of life wanting a space to sweat, dance, and have fun. Age? Not a factor. If you can move, you fit right in.
What Happens Here
Step inside and it's all big smiles, high energy, and music that pumps you up. Our group fitness classes mix men and women together - any age, any fitness level. Nobody judges. Everybody cheers. You’ll see for yourself, even after one week, how much you change (and laugh).
What You’ll Find
- Zumba group sessions & BollyAerobics – Think Bollywood dance fitness classes with trending tracks. Cardio party, no experience required.
- Pilates for beginners – Mat-based, great for core, flexibility, and just feeling better inside-out.
- Yoga – Some classes mix in yoga postures and meditation. Find your balance, both physical and mental.
- Strength training community – Power workouts, dumbbells, ropes, stability balls. Not about talent, just showing up and working hard.
When & Where
Monday to Friday batches – mornings and evenings. Sometimes we run weekend sessions too, so keep an eye out.
Our studio’s in Koramangala, with wooden floors and huge mirrors. Clean, energetic, and welcoming. You’ll probably catch yourself grinning at your own reflection, trust me.

My Story
Hey! Julie here, and Rhythmic Feet is my baby. I started this studio in nammabengaluru so people could just show up, forget about being perfect, and dance like nobody’s watching. Doesn’t matter if you’re a kid, aunty, uncle, or just someone wanting to move - you’ll fit right in. We laugh, we sweat, we mess up steps - but we do it together. Family vibes only! You’ll see women of all ages grooving, proving passion’s got no age. Come as you are.
