I run a small home kitchen in Andheri, where I make everything fresh, just for you. No shortcuts, no premixes, only proper ingredients and old-school methods. Sometimes it takes longer, but that's how you get real taste.
Seasonal & Festive Favourites
- Christmas plum cake is my winter hero. I soak fruits in rum for months for the classic version, or in juice for a non-alcoholic one. Both are packed with nuts and you can choose with or without egg.
- In summer, I make a seasonal mango cheesecake using Alphonso mangoes. It's eggless, soft, and topped with fresh mango slices.
Healthier Treats
- My healthy ragi brownies are eggless and made with pure couverture chocolate. They’re fudgy, not dry, and you won’t miss the maida.
- Granola and energy bars are customisable - oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, sweetened with jaggery, honey, or just black dates if you want no sugar.
