Festive & Seasonal Cakes

I prepare special treats based on the season, like my traditional Christmas plum cake and summer Alphonso mango cheesecake. The plum cakes are made with fruits soaked for months in rum (or juice for a non-alcoholic version) and are available with or without egg.
