About Training Schedules
We structure our week to balance intensity and recovery, so pay attention to the specific day and discipline. We rotate between Gi, No-Gi, and Wrestling to make sure you develop a well-rounded game, and our early morning and late evening batches are designed to fit around your professional life.
Our gym operates on a strict weekly cycle. Tuesdays are for the Gi, Thursdays are for Wrestling fundamentals, and Saturdays are reserved for the competition team to test their mettle against one another. We run our classes on time because we value your commitment, and we expect everyone on the mat to be ready the moment the session begins. If you are aiming for competition, look specifically for the Fight Team Training blocks on the schedule. Beginners should prioritize the All Levels sessions to build their foundation safely. We are based in HBR Layout and keep the facility running from the early 7 AM batches until the final roll of the night.
