We are open seven days a week because consistency is the only way to actually level up. Whether you are aiming for your first amateur fight or just want to get fit, our schedule covers everything from morning striking to evening grappling, including a dedicated 12 PM to 2 PM pro batch for those who need higher-intensity work.
Training Philosophy
Our schedule is built around the idea of daily, incremental progress. We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ, ensuring that you aren't just doing fitness drills but actually learning how to fight. We operate a no-frills, industrial fan-cooled facility in HSR Layout with standard puzzle mats and cage panels, keeping the focus entirely on the work.
How to Use the Schedule
If you are a beginner, start with our general morning or evening batches. These sessions build your fundamentals, conditioning, and technique. If you are looking to take things seriously and have been cleared for higher-level intensity, you can jump into our 12 PM to 2 PM pro batch. We also run Open Mats on weekends, which is free time to drill, spar, or just roll without a coach directing every move. It is about getting on the mats and putting in the hours.
Why Seven Days?
Most gyms close on Sundays or have limited hours. We don't. Maza aana chahiye, right? You should enjoy the process of getting better, and that means training when you can, not just when it is convenient for the gym. If you want to dive deeper into our fight camps, strategy sessions, or competition prep, we can discuss that once you have established a rhythm with the classes.
