About The Daily Grind: Training Sessions
Our training floor at The Movement Fitness Centre is an industrial-style space with high ceilings and heavy-duty ventilation, not a climate-controlled studio. We train on high-density Tatami mats built for impact, and our 60-to-90-minute sessions are physically demanding, focusing on live drills and sparring rather than just repetitive cardio. Come prepared to sweat and work, not just exercise.

We start history from scratch for every student, breaking down complex combinations into manageable movements.

Our curriculum covers the full spectrum of stand-up and ground combat:
- Striking: Muay Thai and Kickboxing sessions focusing on proper form, speed, and heavy bag conditioning.
- Grappling: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling drills that teach you how to control distance and dominate on the ground.
