Step onto the mats for high-intensity training with active pro-fighter coaches. Build your technique, stamina, and discipline through our daily MMA, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing sessions.

A look into our mixed-level kickboxing and sparring drills. We create a safe and controlled environment where beginners and experienced fighters, including our female members, can practice their striking techniques together.

The sound of hard work. Our members, from men to women, putting in rounds on the heavy bags to build power and endurance. This is a core part of our boxing and Muay Thai training.

Sparring day is where theory meets practice. This clip shows our beginners learning to manage distance and exchange combinations with proper protective gear under the watchful eye of our coaches.

Our evening striking session in full swing. This class features a mix of partner drills and pad work, focusing on improving accuracy, speed, and footwork for all skill levels.

From footwork drills to striking combinations, we believe in perfecting every detail. This is how we build a foundation of solid technique, ensuring every movement has a purpose.

A typical Wednesday morning striking session. Our clients work on everything from flexibility and warm-ups to kickboxing drills and heavy bag work, getting a complete workout.

Friday workout with the team. Fighters are seen here doing pad work and hitting the heavy bags as part of their preparation for an upcoming Malla Yuddha event.

Even after a tough session, the vibe is always positive. This clip shows our fighters working the bags and then relaxing together, showcasing the balance of hard work and team camaraderie.

About The Daily Grind: Training Sessions

Our training floor at The Movement Fitness Centre is an industrial-style space with high ceilings and heavy-duty ventilation, not a climate-controlled studio. We train on high-density Tatami mats built for impact, and our 60-to-90-minute sessions are physically demanding, focusing on live drills and sparring rather than just repetitive cardio. Come prepared to sweat and work, not just exercise.
