Our Training Method: The CLA Advantage
We don't believe in boring, repetitive drills. Our training is built on a Constraints-Led Approach (CLA), where you learn by solving real problems on the mat. This method, backed by ecological dynamics, makes you a smarter, more adaptive grappler, not just a robot repeating moves.
Gi Jiu-Jitsu: The Art of the Gi
This is where you learn the classic art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the traditional uniform, the Gi. We cover everything from fundamental grips and controls to advanced sweeps and submissions, with dedicated classes for all levels.
No-Gi & Wrestling: The Raw Grapple
Fast-paced and dynamic, our No-Gi and wrestling sessions focus on takedowns, control, and submissions without the Gi. We hold dedicated wrestling classes on Thursdays and integrate No-Gi grappling throughout the week to build a complete ground game.
Competition Team: Forging Champions
We train to win. Our competition team goes through rigorous, structured fight camps to prepare for local, national, and international tournaments. We're proud to consistently bring home medals and showcase the effectiveness of our training on the biggest stages.

Beyond the Mat: Seminars & Special Events
We believe in lifelong learning and ensuring our members are safe and well-rounded. We regularly host high-level guest coaches for seminars and conduct essential training like first aid and CPR courses for our team.
Strength, Conditioning & Additional Training
To be a complete athlete, you need more than just mat time. We offer sports-specific Strength and Conditioning (S&C) sessions to build bulletproof athletes, as well as plyometric and other supplementary workouts for our competition team.
