About Floor & Tumbling Fundamentals
We don't just throw you into a backflip. We focus on conditioning your wrists, core, and shoulders first. You will spend time on our specialized air tracks, which provide the bounce you need to learn safely while taking the impact off your joints.
Building Your Foundation
Learning to tumble is about more than just courage, it is about mechanics. Our floor and tumbling classes follow a clear progression. You start with the basics—rolls, cartwheels, and handstands—to build the body awareness required for more dynamic movements. We use foam pits and spotting rigs so you can practice without the fear of hitting the floor.
Why We Use Air Tracks
Traditional mats are great, but our inflatable air tracks are a game changer for learners. They offer the right amount of rebound to help you get height on your jumps and flips, which makes the learning process significantly faster and, more importantly, less painful on your ankles and knees. It is the best way to bridge the gap between a simple jump and an actual back tuck.
Safety and Progression
We are NIS certified coaches, which means we know how to spot properly. You won't be left alone to figure out a movement. If you are learning a back handspring or a walkover, we provide hands-on support until you have the technique and confidence to do it on your own.
Your Training Environment
Our facility in Kudlu Gate is designed for consistency. Whether you are coming in for the morning intensive sessions or our weekend warrior batches, you get access to the same professional-grade equipment. We keep our groups small so we can watch every student and correct your form daily.
