About Additional Work
You see a lot of clean kicks and flips in these clips, but do not get distracted by the flashiness. These movements are part of our core drilling process. Whether it is a side kick or a controlled landing, we focus on the foundation first. If you train with us, you will not just learn to perform a stunt; you will understand the mechanics of the movement so you can do it safely and repeatedly.

We use high-density EVA safety mats, which are essential for barefoot training and takedowns, allowing you to push your limits without the fear of hard impacts.
