About this collection
When designing for multi-family living, we focus on breaking the monolithic feel of traditional apartment blocks. By utilizing recessed balconies, exposed brickwork, and careful massing, we create buildings that feel open and airy, even on constrained corner plots like our HSR Layout projects. We prioritize natural light and ventilation, ensuring that every unit feels private and connected to the outside, rather than closed in.
Our Approach to Urban Density
We believe that multi-dwelling architecture should respect both the resident and the streetscape. Our goal is to transform dense city lots into functional living environments. We avoid repetitive, sterile designs by introducing varied textures and materials, such as terracotta blocks and custom jali screens, which serve both as aesthetic features and as passive cooling elements.
Technical Precision and Execution
Architecture is as much about the build as it is about the concept. We provide full-scope support, including:
- Conceptual Planning: Iterative floor plans that maximize FSI while adhering to Vaastu principles.
- Structural & Technical Drawings: Complete GFC (Good For Construction) sets, including reinforcement details and concealed MEP layouts to maintain clean aesthetic lines.
- Facade Design: We study site orientation to place louvers, screens, and window systems that mitigate heat while framing views.
From 3D to Handover
We do not just hand over drawings and leave. Our team oversees the construction process, from initial demolition or excavation to the final material selection. Whether it is a luxury villa complex or a standard multi-unit apartment building in Devaiah Park, we ensure that the finished space functions for real life. We work closely with our structural consultants and builders to ensure that the designs we promise in 3D renders are exactly what you get on-site.
