Moving from an initial idea to a physical building requires a clear roadmap. In our practice, architectural concepts serve as the foundation for every project, whether we are designing a compact urban villa or a sprawling farmhouse on the city outskirts.
Our process begins by understanding your site, budget, and functional needs. We look at factors like sun positioning and wind flow, integrating design elements such as courtyards, exposed brick, or custom jalis that offer privacy while maintaining airflow. By creating detailed 3D renderings, we allow you to walk through your home digitally. You see the materiality, the shadow play, and the volume of the rooms, which helps in making confident decisions about finishes and layouts.
Once the concept is finalized, we transition into the technical phase. This is where we produce Good For Construction (GFC) sets. These drawings cover everything from structural reinforcement and waterproofing to electrical conduits and joinery details. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive package that bridges the gap between a visual idea and a structurally sound reality. Whether we are planning a renovation in an established neighborhood or a new build on an empty plot, we focus on technical accuracy and aesthetic balance.
