My Approach to Fitness Coaching
Fitness is a long game, not a quick fix. I keep things simple and real—no crash diets, just sustainable progress that actually fits your life.
People think we only train celebrities, but the truth is, everyone who walks through our doors gets the same dedicated coaching. We believe everyone deserves to be trained like a star, because the real celebrities are the ones who show up for themselves every day.
Some thoughts that hit me while getting back into my own training. Discipline will always matter more than motivation. I've used every excuse in the book, but I know what it feels like to be at my best, and I want that again.
As a coach, people assume I've always been fit, but that's not true. I've struggled with weight gain and mental drain when the hustle of being an entrepreneur took over. It taught me that fitness isn't about having time, it's about setting priorities.
Announcing our Festive Sculpt transformation program. The festive season can be a time when hard work goes down the drain. This program is designed to give you all the tools you need, from workouts to nutrition coaching, to stay on track and transform your body.
About My Approach to Fitness
Before we start any training, I insist on a detailed 60-minute diagnostic assessment. We use professional-grade InBody tech to analyze your skeletal muscle mass, mobility patterns, and injury history. I don't believe in cookie-cutter routines because your body, your goals, and your past traumas are unique to you.
Most people struggle with consistency because they try to follow a plan that isn't made for them. At my studio in Juhu, we work differently. Whether you are a total beginner who feels out of place in a gym, or an experienced lifter stuck at a plateau, we start by understanding exactly how you move.
We avoid the 'prescription mentality' where everyone gets the same generic workout. Instead, we focus on four pillars: consistency, intensity, nutrition, and recovery. If you are recovering from a back injury or navigating pre or post-natal fitness, we adjust the load, tempo, and technique to keep you safe.
Training at The Space is about more than just hitting a number on a scale. It’s about building a life skill: resistance training. My sessions are direct and practical. We focus on compound lifts like squats and deadlifts, with constant form correction. My partner Gigi and I built this community so you can walk in and feel like you belong. We run treks, clubs, and transformation challenges to keep things engaging. If you are ready to stop chasing shortcuts and start building a body for the long run, let’s get to work.
