This video shows one of my students, Vivaan, in action. You can see him working on a range of acrobatic skills, from back bend walking and handsprings to side flips and front flips. We build these skills step by step in our youth gymnastics program.
Teamwork makes everything better. Here, my students are working together to build a five-person human pyramid. This kind of partner acrobatics builds strength, balance, and trust between the kids.
I am very proud of my junior boxing team. Here I am with some of our young boxers after they won medals at the Karnataka Mini Olympics. We train kids not just to get fit, but also to compete and win.
Trust is key in partner acrobatics. In this video, I am the base while my student practices her balance and stability. This is a great example of the hands-on coaching I provide in our kids' calisthenics classes.
