Martial Arts and Fitness Training
High-energy training in Bilekahalli for character, fitness, and skill. We coach kids and adults in karate, kickboxing, and gymnastics, focusing on discipline and strength for life.
Here is one of my students executing a powerful side kick during our national level karate tournament. We train our karatekas not just in technique, but also in the confidence to perform under pressure, always ensuring safety with complete protective gear.
This is the energy of our group training sessions. I always push my students for 'one more rep' because that's where growth happens. You can hear me guiding them through punching and push-up drills, building stamina and discipline together.
Fitness for me is about holistic development. We integrate yoga into our training, like this tree pose (Vrikshasana) session, to improve balance, concentration, and mental calm alongside physical strength.
I was incredibly honored to receive the Bruce Lee Martial Arts Award in 2021. This recognition for my dedication to martial arts fuels my passion to provide the best possible training and mentorship to my students.
Flexibility is a cornerstone of martial arts. This is a moment from a belt exam, where young students demonstrate their progress with exercises like the full split, showcasing their hard work and discipline.
Watching my students apply their skills in a controlled sparring match is always a proud moment. Here, two young karatekas demonstrate focus and technique, building confidence and respect for each other in the process.
Our classes are more than just martial arts. We incorporate a variety of fitness exercises like push-ups and cardio drills to build all-around strength and endurance, making fitness a lifelong habit for everyone.
