This is the energy I bring to every group aerobics class. I lead you through every step with clear counts and high-energy moves to keep your heart rate up. You can see we focus on simple, effective choreography that anyone can follow.

My background in combat sports and kickboxing brings a different edge to my cardio workouts. Here you can see a demonstration of the flexibility and power we build in my classes. These dynamic movements are part of what makes the sessions so effective for a full body workout.

Core strength is the foundation of all fitness. In my HIIT and sculpt classes, we get down to business with exercises like planks to build a strong, stable core. This is a typical scene from one of my group sessions where everyone works together.

My Zumba sessions are all about having fun while you get fit. I break down the dance fitness routines so they are easy to learn, even if you have never danced before. It is a great way to burn calories without feeling like you are working out.

You can join my high-energy group classes from anywhere. This is a look at one of my virtual fitness sessions, where I bring the same level of instruction and motivation directly to you through live video. All you need is a little space and the will to move.

Flexibility is just as important as strength. I practice what I preach, and this full split demonstrates the level of body control and mobility that we work towards. Improving your flexibility helps prevent injuries and improves performance in all other exercises.

This is the feeling after a great workout. I believe in pushing hard during every session but also enjoying the process. My goal is for you to leave every class feeling stronger, more confident, and with a smile on your face.

You will not find empty hype here. Whether you are in my HSR Layout studio or joining a live online session, the setup is straightforward. I use a mix of AFAA certified Power Aerobics, shadow boxing, and HIIT drills. If you are starting out, do not worry about the level. I scale the reps and intensity for everyone, but expect to be pushed.
