My background in combat sports and kickboxing brings a different edge to my cardio workouts. Here you can see a demonstration of the flexibility and power we build in my classes. These dynamic movements are part of what makes the sessions so effective for a full body workout.
Core strength is the foundation of all fitness. In my HIIT and sculpt classes, we get down to business with exercises like planks to build a strong, stable core. This is a typical scene from one of my group sessions where everyone works together.
My Zumba sessions are all about having fun while you get fit. I break down the dance fitness routines so they are easy to learn, even if you have never danced before. It is a great way to burn calories without feeling like you are working out.
You can join my high-energy group classes from anywhere. This is a look at one of my virtual fitness sessions, where I bring the same level of instruction and motivation directly to you through live video. All you need is a little space and the will to move.
Flexibility is just as important as strength. I practice what I preach, and this full split demonstrates the level of body control and mobility that we work towards. Improving your flexibility helps prevent injuries and improves performance in all other exercises.

You will not find empty hype here. Whether you are in my HSR Layout studio or joining a live online session, the setup is straightforward. I use a mix of AFAA certified Power Aerobics, shadow boxing, and HIIT drills. If you are starting out, do not worry about the level. I scale the reps and intensity for everyone, but expect to be pushed.
My training philosophy is simple. We show up, we put in the work, and we get stronger. This gallery captures the essence of what happens on the floor at HSR Fitness World.
My core routine involves Power Moves Aerobics, which I teach using clear, rhythmic counting. You will hear me leading the beat with my signature counting to keep the energy high and the timing consistent. It is not about fancy equipment, it is about steady, effective movement.
If you are looking for specific goals, we cover everything. Our Cardio Kickboxing sessions are great for stress relief and mobility, while our HIIT and sculpt routines focus on muscle toning and core stability. I also teach Zumba for those who prefer a high-energy dance-based workout to burn calories without feeling like a gym grind.
Everything here is designed to be accessible. My HSR Layout group sessions are welcoming, and I make sure that whether you are a beginner or a regular, you get the form correction you need. If you cannot make it to the studio, I run the same high-intensity sessions virtually, focusing on bodyweight and core movements that work in any living room.
