Power Moves Aerobics & HIIT

These are my main, high-energy sessions focused on rhythmic cardio, endurance, and strength. We use a mix of bodyweight exercises, interval training, and core work to maximize calorie burn and build lean muscle.

Cardio Kickboxing

These classes are fast, sweaty, and require no prior experience. I combine punches, kicks, and athletic drills into a high-intensity workout that builds confidence, burns a ton of calories, and is a great way to relieve stress.

Zumba & Dance Fitness

Join me for a workout that feels more like a party. My Zumba classes feature upbeat music and easy-to-follow dance routines in a judgment-free zone. It’s all about moving your body, sweating it out, and having a good time.
