About Zumba & Dance Fitness
You’ll find me on the studio floor counting every beat—‘Ek, dui, tin, char!’—to keep the rhythm high and the breaks short. These are sweat-focused sessions, not choreographed performances, so expect to move constantly for the full 45 to 60 minutes regardless of whether you are a total beginner or a regular.
My dance fitness and Zumba classes are designed to be high-energy, full-body cardio workouts. We don't focus on perfect choreography; the goal is to keep you moving, burning calories, and releasing stress.
What to expect in class
- Instruction Style: I lead with rhythmic cues and vocal motivation. Expect a mix of English and Hindi instructions to keep the momentum going.
- Intensity: We cycle through heart-pumping routines. It is a judgment-free zone where the only competition is with yourself.
- Facility Specs: We train at HSR Fitness World in HSR Layout. The studio space is equipped with rubber mats and proper ventilation. You will have access to shared changing rooms and RO water dispensers during your session.
How it works
- Membership: If you are a local, my Monthly Hybrid Membership is the best value. It gives you entry to 5 group classes a week plus full access to the gym floor for independent training.
- Drop-ins: New to the area or just want to try it out? You can book a single class drop-in. This gives you access to the session without the commitment of a full membership.
- Equipment: No fancy gear is required. Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a personal towel and a water bottle, and you are ready to go.
