- Cooling: Ventilated with large industrial fans (non-AC environment).
- Hydration: Scheduled water breaks (children must bring their own bottles).
5-Day Skill Week

At RnR Fit, I see summer as the perfect excuse to ditch screens and get moving. My gymnastics summer camps are all about swapping swiping for epic flips, laughs, and a bit of healthy competition. The vibe here? Chill, high-energy, and packed with memories.
What Happens at Camp
Camp runs weekday mornings, 9:00 to 11:30. Here’s what your kid’s day could look like:
- Learn moves, from basic cartwheels to those cool flips (yes, even total beginners!)
- Tackle wild obstacle courses and agility games
- Fly into our foam pit – this one's a crowd favorite
- Mix it up with rope climbs, dancing, and team challenges
I keep the groups small (max 6 kids per coach), so everyone gets real attention from our certified coaches. Trust me, the kids aren’t bored for a second.
Who Fits In?
If your kid is 3 to 14, and wants to move, they’ll fit right in. Doesn’t matter if they’re a complete newbie or already flipping around – I group by age and skill so every gymnast gets what they need.
Where It All Happens
The space? Spacious 7500 sq ft gym, loaded with balance beams, trampolines, bars, and a giant foam pit. Safety’s tight, but we don’t suck the fun out of it. Even if camp’s already started, you can still join in.
