Featured Architectural Projects
A collection of commercial projects demonstrating the balance between poetic form and functional sustainability.
This facade demonstrates our core belief in the harmony of materials. The warmth and texture of exposed brick provide thermal mass and a sense of permanence, while the sleek glass curtain wall invites natural light, creating an office environment that is both stable and inspiring.
This is a rendering of an industrial unit designed for green certification. We've used vertical louvers to shield the west-facing facade from harsh sun, reducing cooling costs, while the combination of insulated walls and optimized windows ensures energy efficiency year-round.
For this boutique commercial building, we designed a distinctive facade using terracotta fins. The sweeping curve is not just an aesthetic choice; it strategically manages privacy and sunlight for the cafe and offices within, proving that even smaller buildings can make a bold statement.
An architectural rendering of a Grade A business building on the Noida-Greater Noida expressway. The design is rooted in solar passive principles, with vertical fins that control heat gain while creating a dynamic, rhythmic pattern across the facade, integrating green spaces at the ground level.
This collage captures the evolution of a project from a concrete skeleton to its final form. It shows how our initial design vision for an exposed brick office tower is meticulously brought to life, ensuring the finished building is true to the architectural concept.
This conceptual design for a large-scale mixed-use development in eastern India showcases our capability to handle complex projects. The plan integrates retail spaces, offices, and a boutique hotel, creating a vibrant urban hub with a cohesive architectural identity.
A rendering for an upcoming office building in Greater Noida, designed for a leading infrastructure company. The facade employs solar passive strategies, using solid masses to shield interiors while allowing for controlled natural light, resulting in a sustainable and powerful corporate presence.
About this collection
When you walk into one of our projects, the first thing you notice is how the interior temperature feels steady without aggressive cooling. We achieve this by using exposed brick for its thermal mass and carefully placed vertical louvers that block the harsh west sun, a practical approach that significantly lowers your long-term energy bills while maintaining a sharp, modern facade.
My design philosophy is rooted in what I call Alankar, the idea that buildings should be as expressive as poetry. It is not just about the visual impact of glass and steel; it is about how a structure interacts with its environment. In the Delhi-NCR region, where the climate often fluctuates between extreme heat and cold, a building must do more than just stand still.
Solar Passive Principles
We prioritize site orientation and wind direction from the very first sketch. By analyzing sun paths, we determine exactly where to place solid masses to shield your office from glare while allowing soft, ambient light to fill the workspace. This is the foundation of energy-efficient design, reducing your reliance on HVAC systems.
The Material Palette
I have a deep preference for exposed brick combined with modern glass. The brick offers a timeless, tactile quality that provides natural insulation, while the glass brings in the transparency and openness required for modern corporate environments. Whether we are designing a boutique cafe or a large-scale IT park, this combination ensures your building is distinct from the surrounding glass boxes.
Enduring Performance
Projects like the Technopolis IT Hub, which I designed 18 years ago, serve as my primary benchmark. They prove that architecture is not merely about the current trend, but about building for the future. We approach every site, whether an industrial unit in Noida or a commercial tower, with the intent that it will remain relevant, functional, and efficient decades from now.
Raghvendra Bisen
Architecture is about breathing spaces, not just concrete boxes. I focus on solar passive design to ensure your building stays cool and efficient throughout the year. My approach combines the raw beauty of exposed brick with modern glass to create structures that tell a unique story.
