Technopolis IT Hub: 18 Years of Architectural Endurance
Witnessing a building thrive 18 years after completion is the true test of architectural design. This project captures our commitment to long-term functionality and sustainable commercial spaces in Noida.

About Completed Projects: Technopolis IT Hub
Eighteen years on, the core structural logic of Technopolis remains unchanged. By prioritizing flexible floor plates and robust, climate-responsive stone cladding, we ensured the building could adapt to shifting tenant needs without losing its architectural integrity or becoming a high-maintenance glass box.
Architecture is often judged by the render, but the real metric is how a space functions decades later. When we designed Technopolis IT Hub, the mandate was to avoid the common pitfalls of commercial architecture—specifically, the reliance on high-energy glass facades that turn interiors into heat traps.
The Logic Behind the Design
We focused on a material palette that acts as a thermal buffer. Using stone cladding combined with carefully calculated window-to-wall ratios ensured that the building remains energy-efficient without requiring constant climate control intervention. This is what we mean by climate-responsive design; it is about building for the local Noida environment rather than imposing a foreign aesthetic.
Why Longevity Matters
Commercial infrastructure needs to be resilient. The floor plates were designed to accommodate everything from open-plan tech startups to traditional corporate offices. This adaptability is the reason the building has remained a preferred address for nearly two decades.
Key Architectural Features:
- Materiality: A signature mix of exposed stone and glass that requires minimal exterior maintenance.
- Orientation: Solar passive analysis was used to minimize heat gain on west-facing facades.
- Functional Flow: A modular lobby and common area design that remains welcoming and modern, proving that good design is never out of style.
