Natural Bodybuilding Philosophy & Community Engagement
Fitness is not just a gym session, it is a lifestyle built on discipline. Here is a look at my advocacy for natural bodybuilding and the community values I practice every day.
I was featured in Sudha Weekly magazine, a publication I've been reading since my school days. It was a proud moment to see my article on natural bodybuilding published here.
My feature in the Udayavani newspaper, discussing my journey as one of the few natural bodybuilders in the country.
An article in the Bangalore Times. My hope is that wins like mine bring more attention to bodybuilding as a legitimate sport.
Featured in the Times of India. My main message is that you don't need steroids to have a sculpted body. I aim to create awareness about healthy, natural methods.
In this podcast clip, I talk about gym discipline. Reracking your weights is about respect for the housekeeping staff and shows the discipline your parents taught you.
On Nikhil Kamath's 'WTF' podcast, where Bengaluru's Police Commissioner, B. Dayananda sir, talks about our shared love for bikes and biceps.
Speaking at an event. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and motivating others to take up a healthier lifestyle.
About this collection
You do not need steroids to have a sculpted body. My approach is rooted in simple, sustainable habits: discipline, consistency, and respecting the gym as a shared space. When I speak in the media about natural bodybuilding or discuss gym etiquette with community leaders, it is because I want to shift the culture away from shortcuts and back toward honest, hard work.
Why Natural Bodybuilding Matters
I believe in staying natural. It is about consistency and the long-term investment you make in yourself. My work, featured in outlets like the Times of India and Sudha Weekly, focuses on proving that you can build a strong physique without relying on performance-enhancing drugs. My goal is to educate the youth and provide a roadmap that focuses on clean eating, sustainable training, and mental toughness.
Gym Culture and Discipline
Fitness is not just about the body, it builds your confidence. However, that confidence must come with respect. I often speak about the importance of simple acts, like re-racking your weights. It shows your discipline and respect for the housekeeping staff and the community. If you cannot respect the gym, you cannot respect the process.
Community and Connections
I am proud to be a part of Bengaluru's fitness and cycling community. Whether I am sharing breakfast and thoughts on fasting with the Police Commissioner or speaking at local events, my message remains the same: Nimma aasaktiyannu nodi namagu kooda swalpa spoorthi bantu (your interest inspires us too). We are not just lifting weights; we are building a mindset that values health over fleeting trends. If you are serious about transforming your life the right way, I am here to guide you.
