Strength and Bodyweight Mastery Training
Real strength isn't about fancy machines or quick fixes. I help you build a capable body through functional movements, proper form, and the kind of discipline that lasts a lifetime.
Never skip leg day. Squats are a fundamental movement for building overall strength and a solid foundation. Here I am working on my squat form and strength.
An unplanned pull-up challenge at the gym. I managed to hit 25 reps. Bodyweight strength is a true measure of functional fitness.
Working with some heavy dumbbells for chest presses. Building raw strength is a core part of my training philosophy for myself and my clients.
My target for the day: 100 pull-ups. I break it down into sets to hit the goal. This is how you build endurance and mental toughness.
Another pull-up session, aiming for 29 reps in this set. This is one of the best exercises for building a strong back and arms.
The feeling of a post-workout pump. This is the immediate feedback from a great training session.
Peaking up. A gym selfie showing the arm and shoulder development from consistent training.
About this collection
Don't get fooled by flash. Real strength is built on the basics like squats, presses, and pull-ups. I work with people who want to understand why their form matters, not just count reps. If you are ready to learn proper movement patterns and build a body that actually functions, we have work to do.
I believe in staying natural. No shortcuts. My training is designed for anyone who is serious about their health, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique for a competition. We focus on compound lifts and bodyweight movements because these are the foundation of physical longevity. When you train with me, you learn how to move safely and effectively.
We start with the fundamentals. If you are struggling with a squat or cannot hit a clean pull-up, we fix the mechanics first. This approach prevents injury and ensures that the muscle you build is functional and durable. My coaching is grounded in my experience as an INBA medalist and my background as a second-generation athlete.
I offer two main ways to train. For those in Bengaluru, we work in person at Zest Fitness in HSR or Koramangala. Here, I provide real-time form correction, spotting for heavy lifts, and I ensure you are actually training with the right intensity. For those who need flexibility or are based elsewhere, my remote coaching plans provide the same structure. I review your technique through video, adjust your diet based on your regular home-cooked meals, and keep you accountable with direct WhatsApp access.
Fitness is a culture. It is not just about looking good in the mirror, but about having the discipline to re-rack your weights, show respect to your surroundings, and stay consistent. If you are looking for a magic pill, I am not the right coach for you. But if you want a roadmap that is sustainable, honest, and built on scientific, natural methods, I am here to help you earn your results.
