About Shakahari Dawat (Vegetarian Feast)

We treat our vegetarian menu with the same attention as our non-veg classics. Our Dal Makhani is slow-cooked for hours to get that perfect consistency, and we use real desi ghee in our Shahi Paneer, which creates that deep, rich flavour guests often miss at large events. Everything comes out hot from our kitchen, just the way you would expect at a family gathering.

I am Rafiq, and with my son Zuheb, we run this kitchen to feed people the way we would feed our own family. We know that a good veg feast is hard to find, so we pour our years of experience into making sure the Paneer and Dal are just right.
