About this collection

We grind our own masala blends daily and cook strictly in shudh ghee, which keeps our curries light on the stomach while packing them with authentic, rustic flavour. When you order, you are getting a meal cooked specifically for your gathering, not something pulled off a commercial shelf.
At DefCol Rasoi, we believe 'wholesome' is a verb, not just a label. For our vegetarian curry spreads, we start early in the morning by selecting the best seasonal produce available in South Delhi markets. The secret to that true ghar ka swaad (home taste) is in the preparation. Because we control the process from grinding the whole spices to the final simmer, we can manage the heat and spice levels exactly how you like them for your party.
