About Live Kebab & Tikka Counter
We don't use gas burners for our live stations. We bring actual charcoal grills, the same way we do it in the narrow lanes of Jama Masjid, to ensure that smoky, authentic flavour you can't replicate in a kitchen. You will see the meat being marinated and grilled right in front of your guests, which keeps the starters hot, the skin crispy, and the conversation flowing throughout your event.
