About Stepper Aerobics
Our Thursday stepper classes focus on functional lower body conditioning rather than just repetitive jumping. We use the platform to increase the range of motion for your glutes and quads, making sure every move counts, while our instructors break down the choreography so you can pick up the rhythm even if you are new to aerobics.

What to Expect in Class
We schedule these sessions every Thursday evening at 6:30 PM. The class begins with a warm-up to prepare your joints, followed by a series of choreographed movements on and off the step. Don't worry if you aren't a dancer; our instructors focus on simple, repeatable patterns that ensure you get a full workout regardless of your experience level. We keep the music loud and the energy higher, which helps take the focus off the fatigue.
Before and After Your Workout
Your session doesn't end when the music stops. All group class members have access to our air-conditioned studio amenities, including steam rooms and showers. It is the perfect way to cool down, relax your muscles, and reset before heading home.
