About Step Aerobics & Cardio
In our 60-minute stepper sessions, we skip the complicated footwork and focus on keeping your heart rate up with upbeat Bollywood tracks. We work out in a non-AC studio with wooden laminate flooring, which is much easier on your joints for jumping and pivoting than a standard concrete floor.
Why Step Aerobics? If you are tired of running on a treadmill, this is for you. Step aerobics at my studio is about rhythmic movement that challenges your heart without the high-impact stress on your knees. It is excellent for toning your thighs, calves, and glutes while keeping your heart rate in the fat-burning zone.
What to expect: Every session is a mix of choreographed step patterns and hit Bollywood tracks. We keep it simple, so you do not need to be a dancer to keep up. You just follow my lead, listen to the rhythm, and move. I always end our cardio rounds with targeted toning segments for your arms and tummy, so you are getting a full-body workout in one go.
Our studio in Rajajinagar is a bright, clean space where we keep the vibes high. You do not need any fancy gear, just comfortable shoes and a bottle of water. Whether you are a beginner or looking to break a fitness plateau, these sessions will leave you sweating, smiling, and ready to come back the next day.
