About Step Aerobics & Cardio

In our 60-minute stepper sessions, we skip the complicated footwork and focus on keeping your heart rate up with upbeat Bollywood tracks. We work out in a non-AC studio with wooden laminate flooring, which is much easier on your joints for jumping and pivoting than a standard concrete floor.
