This is what "mehnat" looks like. My HIIT sessions include exercises like box jumps to build explosive power and endurance. The box says it all: "Whatever your 100% looks like, give it!".
Even simple moves like jumping jacks are a core part of our warm-ups and cardio blasts. Here I am demonstrating the proper form to get the most out of this classic aerobic exercise.
