A glimpse into a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session. The whole group is performing dynamic movements like lateral lunges and jogging on the spot to maximize calorie burn.

We take cardio to the next level with high-intensity step aerobics. This video shows a mixed group session where everyone is focused on coordinating their movements on the step platform for a full-body workout.

This is what "mehnat" looks like. My HIIT sessions include exercises like box jumps to build explosive power and endurance. The box says it all: "Whatever your 100% looks like, give it!".

Even simple moves like jumping jacks are a core part of our warm-ups and cardio blasts. Here I am demonstrating the proper form to get the most out of this classic aerobic exercise.
