About Yoga for Balance & Flexibility

Our Saturday yoga sessions are designed as a dedicated counter-balance to a week of heavy lifting or high-intensity cardio. You do not need to be able to touch your toes on day one to join us. We focus on foundational Hatha flow and breathing techniques that help you loosen up, breathe deeper, and actually recover before the next week kicks in. It is a non-competitive space, so just show up in comfortable clothes and leave any performance pressure at the door.

Why Saturday Yoga at Quadz?

Many of our members come to us for CrossFit or strength training, but your muscles need recovery to grow. Our Saturday sessions are built specifically for that. We move away from the intensity of our weekday circuits to focus on range of motion, flexibility, and core stability. It is the perfect way to clear your head and prep your body for the week ahead.

What to Expect

  • Environment: Our studio is fully air-conditioned with wooden laminate flooring and mirrors, providing a clean, quiet space to practice away from the noise of the main gym floor.
  • The Flow: We stick to a Hatha flow that emphasizes holding poses, aligning your breath, and improving your posture. We do not rush through the sequences.
  • All Levels: If you are new to yoga, you are in the right place. Our trainers provide modifications for every pose, so you never have to feel like you are struggling to keep up.

Practical Details

  • Schedule: We hold this dedicated session every Saturday as part of our group class rotation.
  • Amenities: You get full access to our post-workout steam room and shower facilities, which is a great way to seal in the relaxation after a session.
