I believe nature is our greatest healer and the most beautiful yoga studio. My retreats are set in stunning natural locations where we practice by the ocean, near waterfalls, and under ancient trees to reconnect with the earth.

Soulful Plant-Based Kitchen

As a certified raw vegan chef, I pour my love into creating organic, plant-based meals that heal and energize. From vibrant green juices and crunchy salads to hearty traditional Indian dishes, discover how delicious and nourishing compassionate eating can be.
