Under the stars in Kabini, we celebrated unity with a Dandiya night. The rhythmic dance and shared laughter created an energy of pure magic and connection that we will never forget.
*Sewa*, or selfless service, is a core practice. We visited a local tribal village in the forests of Kabini, sharing blankets, playing games, and connecting with the community. In giving, we received so much more.
Our days are guided by *Dinacharya*, the Ayurvedic daily rhythm. We rise with the sun, move our bodies to support our systems, and end the day with quiet meditation, aligning ourselves with the natural world.

We don't just practice yoga here; we live in rhythm with nature. Expect to spend your mornings in alignment-based Iyengar sessions and your afternoons sharing traditional South Indian meals, or perhaps even learning a new dance step, all while building genuine connections that last far beyond the retreat.
My retreats are built around the idea that we are better together. When you strip away the digital noise and replace it with fresh air, movement, and a supportive circle, something shifts. Whether we are practicing Iyengar yoga using props to find our perfect alignment, or sharing a 'Yele Oota' (banana leaf feast), the goal is always to drop the walls we usually carry.
What happens during these days?
We follow 'Dinacharya', the Ayurvedic daily rhythm, so your body feels supported from the moment you wake up with ginger shots and soaked nuts until the candlelit meditation at night. It is not just about the mat. We integrate 'Sewa' (selfless service) by visiting local tribal villages and engaging with the community, which usually becomes the most grounding part of the trip for everyone involved.
A note on the vibe
Expect things to be real, not perfect. We wobble, we laugh, and we dance. If you are worried about your level of fitness, don't be. My sessions are designed for all bodies, using props like chairs and ropes to make sure you are safe and supported. This is a judgment-free zone where your unique journey is celebrated. Whether it's a Dandiya night under the stars or a quiet forest walk, you leave with a new sense of clarity and a community you can actually call friends.
