Our Promise of Authentic Punjabi Flavours
Consistency isn't just a promise, it's our kitchen rule. Hear why our recipes have stayed exactly the same for over two decades.
My name is Bharat Dham, and I started The Punjabi Rasoi in 2000 with a passion for authentic food. I am a cook myself, and I promise that the taste you experience today is the same as it was on day one. We use the same masalas and preparations to guarantee consistency and quality.
About Our Founder's Promise: Authentic to the Core
When you book us for your event, you get the exact same meal we serve at our 10+ restaurants across Bangalore. My masalas are measured and our preparation method has not changed one bit since I started in 2000. If you have loved our butter chicken or dal makhani in person, you can trust that your guests will get that same quality, whether it is a small house party or a big wedding.
Many caterers adapt their recipes for large crowds, but we do not. That is our core difference. Real Punjabi food requires patience—slow-cooked dals and live tandoor stations are not things you can rush. When we handle your catering, we bring the same setup we use at our restaurant branches, ensuring the taste is identical to what you expect from us.
Why Our Approach Matters
We avoid fusion trends and short-cuts. Whether we are preparing a standard buffet for 50 people or a premium feast for hundreds, the ingredients and spice blends remain consistent. We believe that authentic North Indian cuisine should taste like home, not like a mass-produced banquet meal.

Punjabi Rasoi
I am Bharat Dham, and I started this kitchen because I wanted to share real Punjab da swaad with Bangalore. I am not a boardroom guy, I am a cook. If you see me in the kitchen, I am checking the tadka, just like I did on day one.
