My IFBB Pro Journey: Competition Prep Coaching
Six years, twelve shows, and constant learning. My path to the pro stage was built on grit, not shortcuts. This gallery captures the evolution of my physique and the relentless work required to compete at the highest level.
This is the raw emotion of finally achieving a dream after years of struggle. This video captures my thoughts on failure and the relentless drive that led to my IFBB Pro card win.

This is what body recomposition looks like. At the same body weight of 96 kgs in 2022 and 2025, my physique is completely different. The goal is to build muscle and lose fat, not just chase a number on the scale.
A look back at my physique in 2012 at 26 years old versus 2025 at 39. This journey has been a matter of decades, not days, proving that with patience, you can keep improving with age.

Rome wasn't built in a day. This shot, taken at a waterfall, symbolizes the natural beauty and power that can be sculpted through years of hard work and dedication.
Let's roar! A powerful shot that captures the intensity and animalistic spirit required to be a top-level bodybuilder.
About The Path to Pro: My Competition Journey
Most athletes spend years chasing results without understanding the mechanics of their own physique. I move you beyond basic training by focusing on structural masking, mandatory pose correction, and the biology of contest prep. This is about disciplined periodization and precise adjustments, not just hitting the gym.
Bodybuilding is not just about weight training, it is a sport of illusion and precision. When you see my stage photos, you are looking at the result of granular muscle manipulation, not just hours in the gym. Many competitors fail because they apply the same generic routine to their bodies that they saw a pro do online. I teach you the specific biology of your own frame.
My coaching methodology, which I used to earn my IFBB Pro card, centers on three pillars: Dedication, Determination, and Discipline. We start with a 16-week periodization strategy. This is not about guessing; it is about tracking metrics like lipid profiles, liver function, and kidney markers to ensure your health remains stable while we push for maximum conditioning.
For those aiming for the stage, posing is often the deciding factor. You might have the best muscle development, but if you cannot hide a wider waist or highlight your quad sweep, you will lose points. My posing mastery sessions focus on:
- Structural Masking: Using angles and torsion to hide weak points.
- Mandatory Poses: Breaking down the 7 mandatory poses to maximize your physique on stage.
- Stage Stamina: Conditioning your body to hold poses without cramping under the lights.
Contest prep is a full-time grind. Whether you are a regional athlete or gunning for a Pro-Qualifier, my role is to manage the variables—from water and sodium manipulation in peak week to ensuring you do not spill over. If you are ready for a scientific approach to competing, let us get to work.

I spent over a decade balancing an engineering job and rigorous training, finally earning my IFBB Pro card after twelve attempts. I do not believe in quick fixes, and if you are looking for an easy route, I am not the coach for you. My approach focuses on the 3 D’s—Dedication, Determination, and Discipline—because that is the only way to build a real champion.
