Master your movement from the ground up. We teach everything from cartwheels to backflips in a professional, high-intensity training environment.

We start with the basics to build a strong foundation. This front straight drill is essential for developing the body tension and awareness needed for more advanced front tumbling passes.

Learning a backflip as an adult starts here. I guide you through the correct technique on an incline mat to build muscle memory and confidence before you attempt it on the flat floor.

This is what happens when you just work hard and keep trying. A student practices his roundoff back salto, a key tumbling combination that requires both power and technique.

Progress in action. This student is working on her roundoff, connecting the cartwheel directly into a rebound. This is a fundamental skill for building powerful tumbling sequences.

We don't do easy, we make it look easy through hard work. This sequence shows a cartwheel into a back handspring, demonstrating a progression in floor skills.

To fulfill your dream, you need courage. This student executes a back tuck, a difficult skill that requires explosive power and a tight body position, all achieved through consistent training.

The moment it all clicks. After countless attempts, this student finally lands her twisting salto. This is the result of pure determination and a refusal to give up.

We work on explosive power for skills like this double pike salto. This is an advanced tumbling move that shows a high level of aerial awareness and strength.

Preparing for something better. This athlete is practicing a front tuck, a foundational move for many advanced parkour and tumbling skills.

Gymnastics is for everyone. Here you can see a mix of kids and adults in our class, all working on their individual floor skills and leaps.

About Tumbling & Floor Acrobatics

We don't just drop you on a hard floor and hope for the best. You start your journey using our dedicated incline mats and foam pits, which eliminate the fear of impact. This setup allows you to drill the mechanics of a roundoff or a backflip repeatedly, letting you focus entirely on your form and speed rather than the risk of falling.

At Zero Gravity Gymnastics Academy, we treat floor acrobatics as a science of control and power. Whether you are aiming for your first cartwheel or working on a twisting salto, our progression-based approach ensures you build the necessary strength before attempting high-risk maneuvers.

The Training Process

We train in an industrial warehouse facility in Gurugram, equipped with professional sprung floors, tumble tracks, and foam pits. This isn't a general fitness gym; it is a dedicated space for gymnastics.

  • Basics First: You start with floor mechanics. We emphasize the 'hollow body' position and proper landing techniques to protect your joints.
  • Technical Drills: We utilize communal crash mats and targeted drills to build muscle memory for roundoffs, handsprings, and aerial flips.
  • Mental Toughness: 'Man ke jeete jeet hai' (Victory is in the mind). We don't just coach your physical capability; we help you push past the mental blocks that keep you from attempting new skills.

Why Our Approach Works

Unlike traditional gyms, we focus on functional bodyweight control. By the time you attempt a back tuck or a roundoff-back-handspring combination, your core strength and spatial awareness are already developed. We offer group sessions with shared coaching attention, as well as 1-on-1 personal coaching if you are looking to unlock a specific, high-level skill. All our classes are monitored by NSNIS certified coaches who provide immediate biomechanical feedback after every rep.
