About Additional Work
You won't see fancy promos here—just the daily grind. We believe real progress comes from this consistency, not just the big wins.
Training for gymnastics isn't just about the flashy flips you see on TV. It is built on thousands of small, repetitive movements that look simple but require total precision. In our Dwarka and Gurugram facilities, we focus on the foundations—balance beam stability, vaulting technique, and floor conditioning.
Whether it's a student working on their first cartwheel or an athlete preparing for national trials, the approach remains the same. We use FIG-approved equipment because safety isn't an option; it is the baseline. When I'm on the floor with our students, my goal is to teach them that 'straight leg एकदम' (completely straight) isn't just a correction—it is a habit of excellence.
