This is where you learn to control your body in motion. We build from the ground up, starting with basic rolls and cartwheels and progressing to roundoffs, backflips, and twisting saltos, all on a safe, padded surface.

Apparatus Training: Bars & Rings

Develop real upper body and core strength that you can't get from lifting weights. I teach you the techniques for mastering gymnastic rings, parallel bars, and the high bar, focusing on safe progression from basic holds to advanced swings and dismounts.

Core Strength & Skill Foundation

Every advanced skill is built on a strong foundation. Here, we focus on the essential bodyweight and calisthenics exercises that build the core strength, flexibility, and stability needed for gymnastics, including handstand practice and conditioning drills.

Balance Beam Skills

The balance beam is the ultimate test of focus, precision, and control. I guide adults through the fundamentals of movement on the beam, improving balance and confidence with every step, leap, and turn.
