We train in a basement studio in Vile Parle, keeping the environment focused with puzzle-mat flooring. Whether you are hitting the heavy bags or working on agility with ladders, we focus on consistent progress rather than perfection.

This collection captures our core training philosophy. We combine Mixed Martial Arts techniques with functional conditioning to create workouts that build stamina, power, and confidence. You will see members working on pad work to sharpen their striking, and utilizing tools like battle ropes and agility ladders for strength. We designed our studio to strip away the distractions. It is just you, the bag, and the mat. We welcome everyone from absolute beginners looking to lose weight to individuals interested in practical self-defense. Our sessions prioritize movement quality, ensuring you get stronger and faster every week.
