About High-Intensity Kickboxing & MMA
We train on dedicated puzzle-mat flooring, so leave your shoes at the door and prepare for barefoot drills. You will work directly with our trainers on focus mitts and heavy bags, getting instant, hands-on feedback on your form and power during every single round.
How We Train
Our classes are not about mindlessly lifting weights or watching the clock. We run 60-minute group batches that rotate between Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) techniques, heavy bag drills, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Expect a workout that changes constantly to keep you engaged, whether we are focusing on kickboxing combinations or explosive strength drills with battle ropes and ladders.
