About Our Programs & Offers

Whether you join a group MMA batch or personal training, expect to sweat on the heavy bags, work through HIIT circuits, and actually learn the technique behind every punch and kick.
Training That Actually Works
We don't believe in perfect, photoshopped images. We believe in progress. Our programs mix martial arts, like MMA and Kickboxing, with old-school functional fitness.
- Group Batches: This is where the #TeamPredominate vibe lives. You get 60 minutes of high-intensity training, rotating through MMA drills, bag work, and HIIT. It’s loud, it’s sweaty, and you’ll have a group pushing you to finish that last round.

The Space & The Rules
We operate out of a functional basement studio in Vile Parle East. We keep it simple: hanging heavy bags, agility ladders, and battle ropes. We train barefoot on puzzle-mat flooring because that’s how you build real balance and grip.
