Here, my class moves together during a fusion workout segment. We combine dance fitness with other exercises, like these synchronized side stretches, to improve coordination and work your core muscles.
To ensure a complete fitness transformation, I mix in conditioning drills like high knees and bodyweight squats. This part of the session is focused on building strength and power for effective weight loss and muscle toning.

About Fusion Fitness & Conditioning
We train on 1-inch thick EVA foam mats in our Vile Parle East studio, which provides the high-impact absorption you need for pivots and jumps. Sessions are structured into 12-class monthly blocks on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, allowing you to build a consistent habit without it ever feeling like a chore.
