Our Asana Practice: Movement & Breath

Our daily sessions focus on Hatha and Yin yoga, emphasizing stable, comfortable postures (Sthira Sukham Asanam). We guide you to move with your breath, building strength and awareness, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.

Yogic Wisdom: Beyond the Mat

We believe yoga is a path of inquiry, not just a physical exercise. Our philosophy talks and mantra sessions explore core concepts like Ahimsa (non-harm) and Sakshi Bhava (the witness state) to help integrate yogic wisdom into daily life.
