My Story

Health isn’t something you pick up at a shop, boss. You earn it, day in and day out. I’m Pratham, and for me, this life is all about the grind—deadlifts, ripped palms, and those tough asanas. My roots? Strength training and deep yoga, learned straight from Guruji in Mysore. Some days, I fail. But I show up, always. Because real growth is messy and hard. You’ll see: struggle’s where the magic happens.

My Work

Integrated Wellness Coaching - I mix weightlifting, calisthenics, mobility, and Ashtanga plus Iyengar yoga. Nutrition coaching too.

My Approach - Strength meets flexibility. My focus is making you mobile, resilient, and truly connected to your body.

Detailed & Accessible Teaching - I break down moves, use props like ropes and chairs, so anyone—from beginners to pros—can join in.
