About Yoga Instruction
I believe you can't fake strength or buy a fit body - you have to earn it by showing up and doing the work. Yoga isn't just stretching or some shortcut. For me, it's a daily grind that builds energy, discipline, and a kind of inner confidence you won't find anywhere else.
My Way of Teaching
I keep it real and straightforward: Bas, show up. That’s my rule. Most progress is just about not skipping your mat. I’m a Level 2 Authorised Ashtanga Teacher from SYC Mysore, and I bring that same Mysore style yoga guidance to every class. My teaching is rooted in tradition but I shape it for how our bodies work today.
- Ashtanga Yoga is my main thing, whether you want self-paced Mysore style or group-led sessions through the Primary or Intermediate series.
- I use props like chairs and blocks - not to make things easy, but to make every posture accessible and safe, especially if you’re working on yoga for beginners flexibility or building up after an injury.
Who Can Join?
Anyone. Total beginners, people who think they can’t even touch their toes, advanced folks chasing tricky handstands, seniors wanting strength and mobility, or anyone looking for yoga for back pain and mobility.

Pratham Aswal
My Story
Health isn’t something you pick up at a shop, boss. You earn it, day in and day out. I’m Pratham, and for me, this life is all about the grind—deadlifts, ripped palms, and those tough asanas. My roots? Strength training and deep yoga, learned straight from Guruji in Mysore. Some days, I fail. But I show up, always. Because real growth is messy and hard. You’ll see: struggle’s where the magic happens.
My Work
Integrated Wellness Coaching - I mix weightlifting, calisthenics, mobility, and Ashtanga plus Iyengar yoga. Nutrition coaching too.

Who I Coach - If you’re done with shortcuts and want real, sustainable change, let’s work together.
