It is tough, but that is the point—and yes, we will make sure your form is correct so you actually see the definition you are working for.
We keep the core and floor routine dynamic because we know how monotonous mat work can get if you do the same thing every day. You aren't just holding a plank here; you are using 1kg to 5kg dumbbells to add resistance, or utilizing step boards for elevated glute work and conditioning. My girls often joke about 'Gardan kahan gayi?' (Where did the neck go?) during those intense crunches, and honestly, that is the best part—we keep it light while working the muscles hard.
