Get a drone's-eye view of our trek to the magnificent Bandaje Waterfalls. We journey through the lush Western Ghats to witness this incredible sight, a perfect reward after a challenging hike. This is a core Western Ghats adventure.

For those who want to push their limits, we do hill running. Here we are taking on the steep inclines of Savandurga. This kind of training builds strength and endurance like nothing else.

Fitness isn't confined to a gym. I bring high-intensity workouts to the beautiful Karnataka coast. This session at Kodi Beach shows how we use bodyweight exercises to build strength with the ocean as our backdrop.

My treks are not just walks in the park, they are about building a squad. We start as strangers and end up sharing jokes, music, and sometimes a dance at the summit. Whether it is a steep climb up Savandurga or a rainy forest trail to Belkal Theertha, expect a workout that feels more like a day out with friends than a traditional gym session.

Fitness should not feel like a punishment. I bring my training to the outdoors because that is where you find true balance. My approach mixes functional movement with the unpredictable challenge of nature.

Why my treks are different

I do not believe in just walking. We incorporate hill sprints, bodyweight drills, and functional movements throughout our route. If we see a good spot, we stop and work out. If we reach a peak, we celebrate.

Where we go

From the granite slopes of Savandurga to the misty forests of Sakleshpura, I choose locations that push your endurance while offering incredible views. I know these trails well, including the monsoon challenges of Bandaje and the beach-side HIIT potential of Kodi Beach.

The Squad Vibe

You do not need to be a pro to join. I have led groups ranging from families in Cubbon Park to serious hikers tackling Skandagiri. My role is to make sure everyone is safe, hydrated, and motivated. Expect to leave as part of a squad, having crushed a goal you might not have hit on a treadmill.
