About Western Ghats: Monsoon & Fort Adventures
For these full-day expeditions, I handle the logistics—AC transport, 4x4 jeep transfers to the base, and local Malnad-style meals—so you only focus on the trail. We usually start early from Bengaluru to beat the traffic, giving us the full day to navigate river crossings and climb to viewpoints like Bandaje Falls or the walls of Manjarabad Fort.
My treks are not just about walking from point A to point B. Whether we are scrambling up muddy paths or exploring the unique star-shaped architecture of Manjarabad Fort, the goal is active fun. I keep the group sizes tight so we actually bond—you start as a stranger, and by the time we reach the summit, we are a squad.
The Monsoon Experience
The Western Ghats come alive during the monsoon. The greens get deeper, the waterfalls swell, and the trails get challenging. It is raw, beautiful, and requires stamina. I help you with navigation and river crossings, ensuring we stay safe while chasing the adrenaline. If you want to see the ghats at their most vibrant, this is the time to go.
Logistics and Preparation
If you join me for a Western Ghats trip, expect a long day. We organize shared AC transport from Bengaluru and utilize 4x4 jeeps to access remote trailheads. I make sure the food is sorted with local Malnad-style meals to keep your energy levels high. This is the perfect weekend escape to reset your mind and body away from the city traffic. Come ready to move, laugh, and push your limits.

I am Sathish. I grew up on the coast, but the Western Ghats are where I go to recharge. I do not just guide treks; I bring the same energy I use in my fitness classes to the trails. If you want to sweat, laugh, and find the real rhythm of nature, let's hit the road.
