This is a full functional cardio workout. The sequence includes half burpees, jump lunges, and pistol squats, all designed to build power and agility with the Delta Point at Kodi Beach as our gym.

You can't beat a person who never gives up. This video shows a series of agility and flexibility drills, including jumps and floor work, perfect for a full-body beach workout.

Mindset is everything. Here I am practicing a pistol squat on the rocks as the sun sets over the water, a true test of balance and strength.

Practicing Ustrasana, or Camel Pose, at sunset. This yoga pose is excellent for stretching the entire front of the body and strengthening the back, and it feels even better with the sound of the waves.

I don't believe in four walls and sterile gym mirrors. When I take a session to the coast, we work with the natural instability of sand and the open horizon to challenge your balance and power. Whether it's a sunrise functional training flow or HIIT drills at spots like Kodi Beach, the goal is to make fitness feel like play, not a chore. You are not just lifting weights; you are learning to control your body against the elements.

Training with the Elements

When we move from the studio to the shore, the workout changes completely. Sand provides a dynamic surface that forces your stabilizing muscles to work harder than they ever would on a rubber gym floor.

What you can expect in a beach session:

  • Functional Movement: We focus on natural patterns—jump lunges, pistol squats, and half-burpees—that build real-world agility.
  • HIIT & Cardio: The rhythm of the waves sets the pace for our High-Intensity Interval Training. It is about keeping the heart rate up while maintaining form.
  • Recovery & Yoga: I don't just push you to the limit; we incorporate yoga flows, like Ustrasana (Camel Pose), to stretch and reset the body against the calming sound of the ocean.

It is a Squad, Not a Class

I treat every session like a group party. You will see people of all fitness levels joining in, and that is the point. We start as individuals, but we finish as a squad. Whether you are a beginner looking to move or an athlete wanting to improve your explosiveness, my coaching is designed to scale to your pace. I watch your form, correct your posture, and keep the energy high from the first jump to the final cool-down stretch.
