Why We Mix It Up
Most people quit because they get bored. That is why I incorporate dance fitness, partner drills, and competitive games into our sessions. It breaks the monotony of traditional lifting and forces you to react, move, and have fun.
How We Train
- Partner Challenges: We use agility drills, sit-up challenges, and reaction games to build teamwork and keep that competitive fire alive.
- Dance Fitness: When the music hits right, we move. It is a great way to improve coordination and get that cardio in without feeling like you are running on a treadmill.
- Real-World Strength: My goal is to make you capable. We train to ensure that if you decide to go on a weekend hike or a spontaneous trek, your body is ready for it.
