Real Talk & Musings: Life Beyond the Yoga Mat
Welcome to my unfiltered corner of the internet. Here is where I show up as I am—messy, hopeful, and always learning.
A quiet moment in a lush green cafe. Finding pockets of nature within the city is one of my favorite ways to recharge.
I appoint myself the poster girl for "work hard, play hard." Enjoying a drink and a smile, because balance is everything.
No resolutions for the new year, because it's time for the year to get better, not me. A candid laugh celebrating the start of a new chapter.
A happy pose in a floral dress. My vibe for the new year is to just be present and enjoy the moments as they come.
Surrounded by greenery, feeling content. This picture captures the soft, joyful energy I'm carrying with me.
Leaning on the railing, taking it all in. A moment of quiet confidence and anticipation for what the year will bring.
"Sohne nu sab sohna dikhda hai" (A beautiful person sees beauty everywhere). A golden hour photoshoot in a shikara on Dal Lake, a moment of reclaiming my story and unapologetically being the main character.
About this collection
When you sign up for a session, you are not just getting a yoga instructor. You are getting a partner in your healing journey who is as invested in your emotional resilience as you are. I share these musings to show that my approach is built on lived experience, not just textbook theory. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, anxiety, or just need a space to be real, this is where we begin.
My philosophy isn't about perfectly posed photos or aesthetic yoga grids. It is about accountability. These musings are a window into the reality of my practice—a mix of trauma-informed yoga, somatic healing, and psychological support. I believe the body keeps the score, and often, what you need isn't a stronger pose but a safer nervous system.
I combine traditional Hatha and Ashtanga flows with somatic release techniques to help you identify where you are holding stress, whether it is in your hips, shoulders, or breath. For those based in Bengaluru, you might spot me in local parks like Cubbon Park, where we host community sessions that focus on sound healing and gentle movement under the trees.
My 1:1 sessions are specifically designed for those who want to go deep. We use a hybrid model—blending talk therapy with prescriptive asanas—to address emotional blocks, self-doubt, and the triggers that keep you stuck. If you are tired of fighting your body and ready to start healing it with kindness, we will get along just fine. We do not sugarcoat the work here; we just show up and do it.
