As a total nature `paglu`, I believe practicing outdoors is a different kind of magic. I host community yoga and sound healing sessions in Bangalore parks, and find my own peace practicing in the mountains or by the water.

My Asana Practice

This is a look into my personal practice, where I explore strength, flexibility, and balance. It's a mix of Hatha, Ashtanga, and somatic movement, always focusing on what the body feels, not just how it looks. Here you'll see everything from foundational poses to advanced inversions and backbends.
